About the Role – Head of Product Design

Join KAYBRA as Head of Product Design and lead the creative direction of a next-generation CRM platform.
As a visionary leader, you'll shape the visual identity, define design strategy, and guide a talented team in crafting intuitive, beautiful, and user-centric experiences that set KAYBRA apart.

What You Will Do

🎯 Strategic Design Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product design strategy aligned with business goals and user needs

• Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team of designers

• Champion design quality, consistency, and innovation across all touchpoints

👤 User-Centered Innovation

• Foster a user-first culture and ensure our platform exceeds expectations in usability, functionality, and aesthetics

• Translate user insights into meaningful, elegant design solutions

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to deliver seamless and impactful experiences

• Build a culture of trust, transparency, and creative problem-solving

🧩 Design System & Scalability

• Establish and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency and speed across teams

• Continuously evolve the system to adapt to changing needs and trends

📈 Continuous Improvement

• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and best practices

• Create a learning-focused team environment that embraces curiosity and experimentation

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field

• Proven leadership experience in product design, with the ability to guide and mentor design teams

• Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking and user impact

• Deep knowledge of UX/UI principles, tools, and agile product development

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to combine creativity with data-informed decision-making

• Experience in SaaS or CRM design is a strong advantage
