About the Role
As Head of Marketing at KAYBRA, you will be the strategic force behind our brand’s growth and visibility. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll lead all marketing initiatives across brand, performance, and communication. You’ll shape the story of KAYBRA, position us as a category leader, and generate demand across markets. This role blends creative leadership, operational excellence, and deep customer understanding — with a strong focus on digital engagement.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Lead and grow a high-performing team across content, brand, digital, and partner marketing
Own KAYBRA’s brand voice and narrative across all internal and external channels
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to ensure message consistency and impact
Track and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and CRM platforms
Stay ahead of digital trends, SEO/SEM strategies, automation tools, and audience behavior
Represent KAYBRA in the public space through events, partnerships, and community-building efforts
Your Qualifications
Fluent in both English and German – this is essential for our DACH and international markets
5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within SaaS, CRM, or B2B tech sectors
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across channels
Experience with campaign planning, content strategy, performance marketing, and brand positioning
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Deep understanding of the customer journey and how to engage users at every stage
Confident working with marketing analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision making
Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to experiment and learn
A passion for innovation, storytelling, and connecting products with real human needs
